Research Interests:
Smoking and Nicotine Dependence; Development of Behavioral Smoking Cessation Treatments; Gender and Smoking; Race and Smoking; Smokers with Co-morbid Medical, Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorders
Selected Publications:
Dr. Weinberger has published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers on topics related to nicotine dependence and addictions including smoking and gender, smoking and depression, and beliefs about smoking (perceived risks of smoking, smoking expectancies).
